Social workers provide essential support to aging individuals by assessing their needs, advocating for their rights, and facilitating access to necessary resources. They help understand the unique challenges faced by each individual, including physical health, mental well-being, and social support systems. They know about and share community-based programs and activities to promote socialization and engagement, and provide education on serious topics such as chronic illness. In times of crisis or end-of-life care, social workers offer compassionate guidance and assistance to ensure dignity through the process. Our social workers are an integral part of our team as they empower our clients to live with independence, dignity, and quality of life.
