This role requires strong clinical skills combined with compassionate communication to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ultimately, the LPN contributes to the overall healthcare delivery by maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to established protocols and standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent.

- References from home health positions a plus
